BodyVIVE-2 is a class for "ALL AGES, ALL STAGES" but its a little more intense than regular BodyVIVE as it has an extended cardio vascular section.

It is a low-impact class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Using Vive balls, vive tubes and optional hand weights, you enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your body. BodyVIVE music is predominately popular mainstream music from the 1960's and 1970's!
