LES MILLS RPM™ offers everything exercisers love about cycling – an exhilarating experience that burns calories and increases fitness – without the rain and fumes. Participants ride stationery bikes through a series of chart-topping music tracks, led by a fully-trained instructor. By increasing or reducing the resistance setting on their bikes, and changing their riding position, participants simulate the effects of racing down mountainsides, riding over rolling hills or coasting along country roads. Riders set the pace that suits them and can increase the intensity of their workout as their fitness improves. ![]() |
