Description: Forever Fit... It's not about your age, it's about your attitude!

This class is a partially chair-based class that has fun socializing while working out. Activities include dancing, weight training, and tai chi. It works to promote balance, flexibility and joint mobility offsetting the perils of arthritis and lack of activity.
