Description:
Spinning is the world's fastest cardio workout. Hop on a bike and travel down the road with us BUT make sure you are making your travel arrangements in advance because the classes fill up fast! (First come, first serve so be on time!)

Spinning is the ultimate group exercise on a stationary cycle. If you have never experienced it, you have to give it a try!!



This is a 45 minute ride!
